Hi, I’m Angela (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist based in Ontario. I work with individuals, teens, and couples who are navigating things like anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, trauma, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Clients often tell me they feel safe to show up as they are, without pressure to have it all figured out.

I take a relational, trauma-informed approach and integrate evidence-based practices like mindfulness, parts work, somatic strategies, and expressive arts therapy. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating: it can be creative, insightful, and even a little bit playful.

Outside of sessions, I’m a big fan of cozy spaces, karaoke nights, and deep conversations over good coffee. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just craving a space to reconnect with yourself, I’d be honoured to support you.
